PGA Tour Superstore has leased 30,189 square feet of retail space in Colonnades West Shopping Center located at 10941 W. Broad Street in Glen Allen, VA. Larry Agnew represented the tenant.
Starbucks has ground leased a .82 acre outparcel at The Crossings at Deep Creek Shopping Center in Chesapeake, VA. Maggie Spillane represented the landlord.
Taco Bell has ground leased a .50 acre outparcel at Kempsville Plaza in Virginia Beach, VA. Maggie Spillane represented the landlord.
