NORFOLK, VA – (August 2016) S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the successful negotiation of the following transactions totaling approximately $7.3 million in sales and lease volume on 130,245 square feet for the Norfolk and Richmond Offices:

NEW LEASES:

  • Jaffe Caplan Fleder, LLP has leased 5,563 square feet of office space at 4701 Columbus Street in Virginia Beach, VA. John M. Profilet, SIOR handled the transaction.
  • La Herradura 3, Inc. has leased 4,745 square feet of retail space at Great Neck Square in Virginia Beach, VA. Chris Hucke and Neal Sadler represented the tenant.
  • Commonwealth of Virginia, Virginia Indigent Defense Commission has leased 3,976 square feet of office space at 610 W. Constance Road in Suffolk, VA. Seth Norman represented the landlord.
  • Adam and Eve has leased 3,712 square feet of retail space at Greenbrier Village in Chesapeake, VA. Bill Overman, CCIM and John Wessling, CCIM represented the landlord.
  • Breakout Operating, LLC has leased 3,650 square feet of office/retail space at 3852 Virginia Beach Boulevard in Virginia Beach, VA. Seth Norman represented the landlord.
  • ID Web/Sivils IT Consulting has leased 2,250 square feet of retail space at 305 Lynnhaven Parkway in Virginia Beach, VA. J.C. Wynkoop represented the tenant.

SALE TRANSACTION:

  • Rostov Family has purchased a 27,000 square foot industrial building on 1.4 acres located at 1133 Executive Boulevard in Chesapeake, VA for $1,275,000. Michael Myers represented the buyer.

LEASE RENEWALS/EXTENSIONS/EXPANSIONS:

  • Best Distributing Company has renewed its lease on 40,795 square feet of industrial space at 1301 Production Road in Norfolk, VA. Michael Myers represented the tenant.
  • Quick Transportation Inc. has renewed its lease on 13,264 square feet of industrial space at 5714 Curlew Drive in Norfolk, VA. Michael Myers handled the transaction.
  • Union First Market Bank has exercised its option on an outparcel located at WindsorMeade Marketplace in Williamsburg, VA. Tyler Jacobson represented the landlord.
  • Cinco de Mayo has extended its lease on 3,750 square feet of retail space at Washington Square Shopping Center in Grafton, VA. Neal Sadler represented the landlord.
