NEW LEASES:

  • Sentara Healthcare has leased 12,897 square feet of office space at 2029 S. Lynnhaven Parkway in Virginia Beach, VA. Tommy Drew represented the landlord and John M. Profilet, SIOR represented the tenant.
  • El Jinete Mexican Grill has leased 5,600 square feet of retail space at 1795 South Creek One in Powhatan, VA. Janet Moore and Reid Cardon represented the landlord.
  • Anytime Fitness has leased 4,200 square feet of retail space at Mt. Pleasant Marketplace in Chesapeake, VA. Mike Zarpas represented the tenant.
