RICHMOND, VA (May 2018) – S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the sale of the Party Perfect Building located at 3210 West Marshall Street in Richmond, VA.
Goshen Ventures, LLC, out of Washington, D.C., purchased the 49,786 square foot building from BTJM Holdings, LLC for $3,820,000.
The property is located on 2.58 acres and encompasses an entire block in the popular Scott’s Addition section of the city.
Reid Cardon of S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. was hired by the purchaser in 2015 to locate a facility that met their requirements in Scotts Addition. The Party Perfect building became available and fit the bill.
Current tenants include: Party Perfect Party Supply Company and Brass Beds of Virginia, Inc. Both tenants will remain in the property at this time.
