  • Tony’s Unisex Barber College has leased a 1,730 square foot commercial building at 731 Monticello Avenue in Norfolk, VA. Michael Myers handled the transaction.
  • Jimmy’s Pizza and Subs has leased 1,235 square feet of retail space at Military Square in Chesapeake, VA. Michael Zarpas represented the landlord.

  • Metropolitan Property Investments, LLC has purchased .22 acre located at 200 N. George Washington Highway in Chesapeake, VA from Yushika Exports, Inc. for $250,000. John Wessling, CCIM and Bill Overman, CCIM represented the buyer and seller.
