- SLN 5100, LP has purchased 24.5 acres of land at 5100 Marshall Avenue in Newport News, VA from Correctional Services Corporation for $2.2 million. The site will be converted to 264 affordable apartment homes with Phase I construction of 144 units to begin March 1, 2011. Andrew Myers and Michael Myers represented both the buyer and the seller.
- SP-Two Properties, LLC has purchased a 20-unit apartment building at 3725 Turnpike Road in Portsmouth, VA from Area Property Management, LLC for $1.3 million. Doug Aronson represented the seller.
