Buffalo Wild Wings Grill and Bar (“BWW”) has leased 6,353 SF of space in the residential/retail segment of the project, with an opening slated for Summer 2011. BWW specializes in a variety of wings and beer options in a family-friendly, sports bar atmosphere with outdoor dining available.
This is the 8th location for Buffalo Wild Wings in the Hampton Roads region.

Bite Restaurant & Catering, scheduled to open in March 2011, will occupy 2,774 SF in the lobby of the Office Tower. This is a new location for Matt Mancoll, owner of Coastal Catering, currently based in Virginia Beach, VA. In addition to breakfast and lunch, Bite will offer full service catering to businesses in Downtown Norfolk and the surrounding areas.
