RICHMOND, VA (October 2018) – S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the sale of .675 acre of land located at 7021 Hull Street Road in Richmond, Virginia. Andrew Thacker and Nathan Shor provided buyer representation services.
The property was purchased from RavSun, LLC for $630,000 by 7021 Hull Street Road, LLC, an established Dunkin franchisee based in Nags Head, North Carolina, with more than 40 locations from Richmond to the Outer Banks.
The General Contractor on the project is FasTrac Construction, based in Richmond. Construction commenced on October 27, 2018 and opening anticipated in late January, 2019.
The Buyer’s latest location just celebrated its Grand Opening at 7410 Cooper Tavern Road, Quinton, VA in New Kent County, and offers additional retail space available for lease (CLICK HERE for more information). The new Richmond store will be of similar design.
