Sarah Sadler Joins S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. Richmond Brokerage Team

Richmond, VA (April 2023): S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. pleased to announce that Sarah Sadler has joined the brokerage team of our Richmond office as an Associate.

Sarah comes to us with over 8 years’ experience in the industry. She was most recently with SBRG Realty based in Midlothian, Virginia, where she represented both commercial and residential clients.

Prior to her shift into brokerage, Sarah served as a property manager overseeing the maintenance and occupancy of numerous commercial properties, including office buildings, restaurants and shopping centers. She was responsible rent collections, handling requests for maintenance or repairs, and negotiating new lease contracts.

In her new role, she will focus on Tenant and Landlord Representation, to include sales and leasing across all property lines of commercial real estate.
