SLN CAPITAL MARKETS SELLS DUNKIN/SUBWAY STRIP CENTER IN VIRGINIA BEACH


NORFOLK, VA  (September 2020): SLN Capital Markets, a division of S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co., has sold a two-tenant strip center in Virginia Beach, VA.   The property, located at 208 N. Birdneck Road, sold for $1,377,500.  The deal closed on September 1, 2020 after less than 30 days of marketing time.  

“Investment properties like these are highly desirable,” said Doug Aronson, Senior Managing Director of SLN Capital Markets, who represented the seller, along with Bill Overman, CCIM and John Wessling, CCIM of S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co.   “We fielded multiple offers, including two at full price, and were able to transact rather quickly.”  

The property is an outparcel to the Birdneck Shopping Center, located at the intersection of Birdneck Rd. and Virginia Beach Blvd.  It is within a quarter mile of the Virginia Beach Convention Center, and less than two miles to the Oceanfront.
