The Hope Company Purchases Former StarTek Location

RICHMOND, VA (June 2024) – S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce THCO Inc (The Hope Company) has purchased 41,250 square feet on 2.239 acres at the Waterlick Plaza Shopping Center in Lynchburg, Virginia from Lynchburg Partners LLC for $2,700,000. David T. Kalman and Nathan Shor provided Seller Advisory Services in this transaction.

The Hope Company, a local faith-based organization, is embarking on a significant expansion and relocation of its current worship center. The new facility will provide ample space for growth, allowing the group to greatly enhance its offerings. From weekly religious services to educational programs, discussion groups, and community outreach initiatives, the organization aims to enrich the lives of its members and the broader community.
