Tokyo Fresh Asian Bistro and Bar will occupy 7,100 square feet on the corner of Freemason Avenue and Monticello Avenue. Their menu will offer downtown patrons unique selections of fresh sushi and other Asian cuisine, featuring top quality food at moderate prices, housed in an upscale setting.
“We always try to give our customers a great experience, and atmosphere is important to us, as are fresh quality ingredients offered at reasonable prices,” said Sam Huang, a principal partner with DASH Development and owner of several large scale Asian restaurants.
Yo-Mix Frozen Yogurt Bar has leased 2,100 square feet in the adjacent space and will offer healthy dessert options.
“We’re excited about bringing these concepts to Downtown Norfolk”, said Doug Aronson, a principal partner with DASH Development, owner of Yo-Mix. “We believe in Downtown’s growth and feel strongly that both the business and residential community will enjoy what we have to offer”.
Construction is underway with scheduled openings of Yo-Mix Frozen Yogurt Bar in late Spring and Tokyo Fresh Asian Bistro and Bar in the Fall of 2012.
