Wei Joins S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. as Human Resources Mananger

NORFOLK, VA (April 2023): S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. pleased to announce Linda Wei has joined the firm as Human Resources Manager.

Linda brings with her 25 years of experience in human resources management, recruitment, workers’ compensation, training, and employment laws. Her background includes human resources consulting, business strategy and, leadership development for MSB Workplace Solutions.

Prior to MSB, she spent 17 years as Director of Human Resources for Drucker & Falk, a multifamily property management and commercial real estate services company based in Newport News. VA.

In her new role, Linda’s duties will include: planning, coordinating, and directing the administrative functions of our organization, overseeing the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff; consulting with top executives on strategic planning; and serving as a liaison between the management team and employees.

Linda is a member of the Society for Human Resources and a graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a B.S. in Marketing and Business Administration.
