The property was purchased by RIO Broad, LLC from TKEB, LLC for $1,313,000 and will soon be home to RIO Car Wash.
This will be the 7th location for RIO Car Wash, which began operations in 1995. Other locations include Hull Street Road and Midlothian Turnpike in Richmond, two in Fredericksburg and two in Virginia Beach.
