RICHMOND | NORFOLK, VA (August 2026) – S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the addition of three new Associates to its Brokerage Advisory Team. Charlie Butcher and Alex Chernoff have joined the firm’s Richmond office, while Race Foy has joined the Norfolk office.
