S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. Announces New Partners and Shareholders

NORFOLK, VA (July 2024) S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce that the following individuals have been named Partners and Shareholders in the Company:

Doug Aronson – Senior Vice President, Partner | Commercial Brokerage

Doug serves as Senior Managing Director for SLN Capital Markets, a division of S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co., focused solely on investment sales of single and multi-tenant properties.

Susan Davis, CPA, CGMA – Vice President, Controller, Partner | Accounting/Financial Services

Susan works with the corporate and multifamily departments to provide comprehensive financial services for both managed and non-managed assets.

Chris Devine –Vice President, Partner | Commercial Brokerage

Chris provides tenant and landlord representation advisory services, site selection, contract negotiation and market research, with a focus on investment sales and medical office properties.

Michael Devine, CPM – Regional Vice President, Partner | Multifamily Management

Mike’s responsibilities include the supervision of multiple Regional Property Managers in the Hampton Roads Region, as well as obtaining new management accounts and assisting the Director of Operations.

Pierce Jacobson – Partner | Shopping Center Leasing

Pierce is responsible for landlord and tenant lease negotiations, trade area analysis, budget forecasting and leasing services for a portfolio of shopping centers in the Hampton Roads, Virginia market.

Martin Murden – Partner | Commercial Brokerage

Martin specializes in end-user sales, as well as industrial, retail, and office sales and leasing with a proven success at representing tenants and property owners to identify, negotiate, and execute commercial transactions throughout Virginia and North Carolina.

Jim Oakley – Vice President, Partner | Commercial Property Management

Jim brings unique, senior-level experience to his portfolio of shopping centers. Areas of responsibility include daily operations, annual budget projections, financial analysis and liaison to property owners and tenants.

Paul Peck – Senior Vice President, Partner | Development and Acquisitions

Paul expertise lies in pursuing income-producing office, office-warehouse and industrial properties and overseeing the asset management of these acquisitions.

Sam Rapoport – Vice President, Partner | Commercial Brokerage

Sam specializes in office and industrial sales and leasing, working with both landlords/owners and tenants/buyers to identify, negotiate, and execute commercial transactions throughout Hampton Roads and Richmond.

Maggie Spillane – Vice President, Partner | Private Asset Management

Maggie is responsible for overseeing an 18-property portfolio comprised of both shopping center and multifamily assets within the Hampton Roads and Richmond markets.
